Willtech ICT Ltd was founded in 1998 supporting its major customer Rolls-Royce in an E-procurement project lasting 5 years. Once the project ended Willtech moved towards a complete IT care for businesses, during which time, Willtech has grown its customer base steadily, ensuring a quality of service and repeat business.

Bartram & Co is an estate agent based in Towcester selling and letting a wide range of properties in Northamptonshire and the surrounding area. Willtech began with looking at the current IT infrastructure upgrading/training where needed, rationalising they’re IT generating an annual costs saving of £400. Secondly improve internal IT systems allowing them the ability to upload to various web based property sites. Currently whilst still offering day to day support Willtech is working with the MD and all employees helping them map every business process enabling Bartram to become a franchise

Poolcare Leisure Ltd
Poolcare Leisure Ltd are a swimming pool servicing company that provide maintenance to various fitness centres and commercial pools across the country. With 4 engineers on the road and with no IT infrastructure in place Poolcare were finding it impossible to keep track on work and invoicing. Working closely with the MD Willtech developed a Palmtop based solution which receives email work requests from their customers and automatically processes and allocates them to an engineer on the road. This has not only relieved the pressure on the paperwork but has also given them the ability to grow, having taken on another engineer and more customers.

CCVS Ltd
CCVS are a vehicle leasing company that specialise in refrigerated vehicles. Willtech has worked with the Directors firstly to clean current IT systems/processes and secondly to develop an effective marketing department with bespoke marketing tools and CRM Packages helping the business reach a wider market.
